Coaching is a journey. It is your journey, not mine.
My role is not to tell you who to become. My role is to help you discover what is already within you and support you in bringing it to life.
Many of us move through life without fully recognising our own potential. We underestimate our strengths, our creativity, our resilience, and our ability to create meaningful change.
Whether you are a leader, entrepreneur, professional, creative thinker, or someone seeking a new direction, I invite you to explore what is possible. Together, we create space for reflection, growth, and action.

A special area of my coaching is supporting women leaders, professionals, managers, entrepreneurs, mothers, and single mothers.
I understand the unique challenges women often face because I have lived many of them myself. For over 30 years I worked in senior management within a German development organisation while being a Sri Lankan professional in an international and largely European environment.
Establishing credibility was not always easy. I faced questions about my abilities, assumptions about my background, and the challenge of proving myself in spaces where few expected me to succeed.
What helped me navigate those experiences was my willingness to keep learning, developing my skills, building my confidence, and working with coaches who helped me recognise my own value.
Today, many women face similar challenges in different forms: leading teams, managing difficult workplace relationships, building confidence, navigating organisational politics, remaining calm under pressure, and balancing professional ambitions with personal responsibilities.
My work with single mothers is especially close to my heart. I understand the realities that many single mothers face because I have lived them.
I have been a single mother for more than 20 years. I went through a divorce process that lasted 15 years. During that time, I continued to lead teams, manage demanding responsibilities, raise my child, and work across four countries in Asia and Europe.
There were difficult days, moments of uncertainty, exhaustion, and heartbreak. But there was also growth, strength, resilience, and joy.
Today, I bring those experiences into my coaching. Not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who understands the realities of trying to lead at work while holding everything together at home.
If you are a woman navigating leadership, motherhood, separation, transition, or personal growth, you do not have to do it alone. I would be honoured to walk beside you.
Together, we can create a path that allows you to lead with confidence, live with purpose, and build a life that reflects who you truly are.
